Let it snow!

Today was a very slow going day. Madison and I got up at about 7am (thats late if you can believe it), and didnt get out of our jammies until 10! Madison was spoiled all week by getting to wear her jammies all week at daycare, so she thought she should get to do that today.

When we got up this morning it was snowing... a lot! But we were brave and headed out into the winter elements for her first trip to the library. I think that she was in awe about how many book were in one place, and that she could find a quiet place and sit and look at them. We ended up taking four of them home with us.

After the library it was off to Target to pick up some things for grandma. I think that I have been very luck with being able to take Madison places and having her not throw fits or have a melt down in the middle of the toy isle. That may have happened once, but thats it. She is suck a well behaved little girl for 3! After Target we went home and hunkered down for the day.

Last weekend was full of fun. We went to visit a friend of mine in Uptown. Madison had never been to her house before, and I think that last time that Crysta saw Madison was for her 3rd birthday. Madison has such a blast watching movies, exploring the apartment, chasing the cats, and making cookies. SHe keeps asking when we will be going back.

On sunday, Madison had her Christmas program at church. Her class was set to be little angles. Each Sunday school class had different costumes. As we were walking down to the stage, Madison spotted Papa and Gram, and THATS where she wanted to be. I think that she lasted 4 minutes and she was sitting with them.
This week I also finished up my 3rd quarter at Rasmussen. I am sooo happy that I am done with the 2 classes that I had (English Comp and Anatomy). But I am looking forward to next quarter. I will be taking 3 classes for spring: Accounting1, typing, and medical office procedures. I decided to take 3 classes because the I think that I will be able to handle them well, they dont seem to hard.
Well, I hope the holiday season blesses everyones family.
